The Upland Townhomes
The Uplands offers a variety of 12 custom-designed contemporary townhomes and 32 single-level condos with a fresh, modern approach to West Coast architecture. The hillside setting gives every residence a peaceful front-bench valley view of the farms and orchards below.
Each townhome includes many fine features and finishing details. With extra-large 7-foot high windows, the homes are bright and cheerful, with an awesome view from covered balconies with glass railings. Each home includes a well-planned kitchen with granite countertops, ample cabinet space, and a pantry as well as 4 quality stainless steel appliances and a designer chimney hood fan over the range. Bathrooms also have granite countertops with premium quality faucets.
Each home feels even more spacious with easy-care vinyl plank flooring throughout. The master bathrooms are generous, featuring glass shower enclosures. Transom windows above interior doors bring additional light into each room. Gas fireplaces, with electric fireplaces as an option, will be available.
